The Belief Board Assignment

BELIEVE || Happy FriYAY! 💕 Spiritpreneur Unblocked Day 12 of 14 Assignment~ Create a Belief Board. And of course you can use a journal if you don't have access to a board. • Today we create a Belief Board with 10 specific and clear beliefs that we would like to install. A GREAT place to start is with the replacement beliefs from yesterday's Face Your Inner Bully Exercise. • Our - often inherited - subconscious beliefs are running our lives. What do you believe about yourself right now? If you want to have a different life, you have to have different beliefs. • The key reason we don't just do this as a "goals board" is that if your beliefs are not aligned with your goals, you will just sabotage yourself. So we have to start with what you want to believe about yourself. • So become aware-- what do you want to believe about yourself and about the world? • Unlike a Vision Board, which is emotive pictures and words, this is specific beliefs written in word i.e.: I am productive and accomplished every day, Running is an important part of my life, I easily balance the kids and my business, Eating a plant-based diet feels wonderful in my body, • If you need to move more gently, you can write your beliefs as "I am willing to believe that my jewelry products are in demand worldwide." This is actually a 2 day assignment as tomorrow it becomes Meeting Your Inner Wise Woman. Yes! - We all have an Inner Bully, some call it an Inner Critic or an Inner Mean Girl, an Inner Bitch or Inner Monster. Perhaps like mine, yours is compounded by anxiety or other challenges. It's that voice inside that says, who do you think you are, get off the stage, don't embarrass yourself, they're going to laugh at you. Your inner critic is keeping you safely in your comfort zone and afraid to take the risks that will catapult you to your greatness. - We have to face this voice if we ever want the peace, happiness, success, abundance and joy that is our. birthright. Otherwise you can have game, success, money and a stage and be miserable. This is why we see so many of our beloved celebs miserable and taking drugs to try to silence those inner demons and voices. - We begin today by literally making a drawing of that inner critic and writing out all of the things she says to you and why. You will also be doing this forgiveness mantra aimed YOURSELF. Most often, the person we need to forgive the most is ourselves. The words in the mantra are: I love you. I'm sorry. Please forgive me. Thank you. From the Sacred Bombshell Handbook of Self-Love Forgiveness with Ho’oponopono Ho’oponopono is the traditional Hawaiian practice of seeking forgiveness and attempting to remove ego from the process of reconciliation. The mantra, repeated to another party or as a prayer, follows different versions of: “I am sorry. Please forgive me. I love you. Thank you.” When you’re having a hard time forgiving, remind yourself of your own follies, foibles, mistakes, and missteps. Drop the judgment and self-righteousness because none of us is perfect. Remember why you were close to the person to begin with. Whatever your spiritual beliefs, try to see the other person as your higher power (as you understand it) sees the person and their behavior. This is true compassion. If you’re trying to forgive someone and your frame of reference becomes only the terrible things that they did, you won’t be able to move forward. Try seeing the situation from the other person’s point of view, if only for a moment. This empathetic approach may help you answer the question, “What were they thinking?” Then decide whether you can move past it or if you need to walk away.Why stay in a situation that tortures you and the other person? When it comes to family members, you are allowed to love them from afar. When you’re ready, think of the person you want or need to forgive and begin chanting: “I’m sorry. Please forgive me. I love you. Thank you.”
